CHM files are no longer supported in Windows 10 and only up to VB6 and Delphi 7 but only for older Windows versions. CHM files can be displayed using F1 in VisualNeo Win as it was written using Delphi7.
The Created with the Personal Edition of HelpNDoc: Create iPhone web-based documentation can easily be removed when the page is printed but is NOT generated by HelpnDoc Pro.

The site has been successfully exported to dovesoft.uk/helpndoc. Note that introduction.html was copied to index.html.
The footer has been added as a paragraph to allow central alignment, relevant font and formatting. To hide the default footer click Home>Topic Properties>Topic Footer> Hide the Footer.
The default menu width of 350px can be changed to 200px as described by clicking here. The style of this hyperlink has been set to Intense Emphais (Standard).
Todo - The current table requires removal of the border and padding to be applied (answer - click any where within the table to display table tools). In phone mode the alignment is messed up because the table images are not the same size.
